Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items according to approved recipes and portion standards.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, temperature-control, and safety procedures.
• Maintain consistent food quality, freshness, appearance, and presentation.
• Keep kitchen equipment, counters, utensils, floors, and prep areas clean and organized.
• Stock and replenish ingredients, packaging, and kitchen supplies.
• Label, date, rotate, and store food products.
• Assist with receiving and organizing food and supply deliveries.
• Monitor product levels and notify management when supplies are running low.
• Complete opening, closing, and assigned cleaning duties.
• Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Communicate and work cooperatively with managers, shift leads, cashiers, and other team members.
• Follow company policies, workplace safety requirements, and manager instructions.
• Assist in other areas of the restaurant when needed.
