Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in kitchen or food prep preferred; on-the-job training provided.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment and multi-task.
• Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift heavy items.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Familiar with kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Handler Certification required.

Aufgaben

• Food preparation: assist in preparation of ingredients and follow recipes.
• Cooking and grilling: operate stoves, ovens, and grills according to Mia’s Table standards.
• Stocking and inventory: ensure ingredients and supplies are available; communicate with kitchen manager.
• Station set-up: prepare workstations with ingredients and equipment.
• Food storage and organization: store items properly, label and rotate stock.
• Cleaning and sanitization: maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen areas.
• Collaboration and teamwork: coordinate with chefs, sous chefs, and dishwashers.
• Follow recipes and guidelines to deliver consistent quality.
• Quality control and safety: check freshness and presentation; adhere to safety rules.
