LV Petroleum, located inside our travel center, is seeking restaurant team members including cooks and cashiers to provide quality guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. You will work with chefs and kitchen staff to prepare food, maintain hygiene, and coordinate orders with front-of-house staff.

We value reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn kitchen procedures. Benefits include health care, retirement plan, PTO, and weekly pay, with evening and weekend shifts often required.

Competenze

• Experience in kitchen or food preparation preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain focused under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
• Willingness to learn and follow kitchen protocols and procedures.

Mansioni

• Food preparation including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and measuring ingredients.
• Cook or assist in cooking dishes according to menu specifications.
• Monitor food to ensure correct temperature and quality.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen; follow health and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with restocking kitchen supplies and inventory; use FIFO.
• Collaborate with front-of-house to ensure timely orders.
• Follow diner cooking procedures and allergen handling.
