LV Petroleum is seeking Restaurant Team Members for our travel center location. Our cooks play a vital role in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining kitchen efficiency, while cashiers provide a friendly experience in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include food prep, cooking, cleanliness, safety, inventory, teamwork, and adherence to procedures. No prior experience required but preferred; must stand and lift up to 40 lbs, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay focused.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
• Willingness to learn and follow kitchen protocols.

Responsabilités

• Food Preparation: prepare ingredients, follow recipes, organize workspace.
• Cooking and cooking assistance: cook or assist in dishes, monitor temperature and quality.
• Cleanliness and safety: maintain clean kitchen, follow health and sanitation guidelines.
• Inventory management: restock supplies and rotate stock (FIFO).
• Team collaboration: work with kitchen and front-of-house staff, assist training.
• Adherence to procedures: follow cooking procedures, portion sizes, allergens handling.
