Job summary

Chick-fil-A Roanoke is hiring for a Back of House Team Member on the closing shift in a fast-paced kitchen environment. No experience is required, and paid training plus leadership development are offered. You will prepare hot and cold items, support restaurant operations, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old or older.
• No experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold food menu items in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Assist with dishes, kitchen cleaning, and overall restaurant maintenance.
• Work stations including breading, machines, and dishes.
• Learn Front of House and Back of House restaurant positions.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and Chick-fil-A operational standards.
• Support the kitchen team in delivering fast, accurate, high-quality service.
• Work as part of a team-oriented restaurant environment.
