Chick-fil-A Roanoke is seeking friendly Front of House Team Members to support the front counter, drive-thru, dining room, and mobile order experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Paid training is provided, with opportunities for leadership development and growth within Chick-fil-A.

Starting pay is $14–$17 per hour, depending on availability and experience. Shift openings begin early morning, with Sundays off and flexible scheduling to accommodate school, family, and activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while taking guest orders accurately at front counter or drive-thru.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with stocking and cleaning during non-peak hours.
• Deliver dine-in and mobile orders promptly and courteously.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment.
• Cross-train in Front of House and Back of House positions as needed.
• Support fast, accurate service and a positive guest experience.

What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer service while taking guest orders accurately and efficiently at the front counter or drive-thru using registers or iPads
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while assisting with stocking and cleaning during non-peak hours
• Deliver dine-in and mobile orders promptly and courteously
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment
• Cross‑train in Front of House and Back of House positions, including food preparation, fryer, grill, and additional stations as needed
• Support fast, accurate service and a positive guest experience

Shift Availability

• Opening Shift: Available to start at 6:00am, and work until 2:30pm or 3:00pm
• Must have availability to work on Saturdays,
