Chick-fil-A in Richmond, VA is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to support daily kitchen operations and ensure high-quality guest experiences. Whether you have previous kitchen experience or are starting fresh, we provide training and a team-focused environment to help you grow.

Shifts are available across all times; Sundays off are guaranteed, with opportunities for advancement into leadership roles and scholarships for continuing education.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• No prior kitchen experience required; training provided.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Dependable, coachable, and team-oriented.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items according to Chick-fil-A quality standards.
• Assist with food preparation, stocking, and kitchen organization.
• Work in multiple back-of-house stations including breading, fries, boards, and assembly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
• Work efficiently and accurately during high-volume meal periods.
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Help maintain speed, accuracy, and quality guests expect.
