Job summary

Chick-fil-A Roanoke is hiring Back of House Team Members (Kitchen / Food Service). You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen, preparing hot and cold items and supporting restaurant operations to create an exceptional guest experience.

No experience required—paid training is provided. Full- and part-time positions offer flexible scheduling, Sundays off, and opportunities for leadership development within Chick-fil-A Roanoke.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old or older.
• No experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Dependable, adaptable, coachable, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold food menu items in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Assist with dishes, kitchen cleaning, and overall restaurant maintenance
• Work stations including breading, machines, and dishes
• Learn Front of House and Back of House restaurant positions
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and Chick-fil-A operational standards
• Support the kitchen team in delivering fast, accurate, high-quality service
• Work as part of a team-oriented restaurant environment

Part-Time: $14–$17/hour
