Chick-fil-A Soper Hill in Washington is seeking a Back of House Team Member. You will prepare, cook, assemble, and present food to Chick-fil-A standards while delivering friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers full-time or part-time hours, a supportive Operator, opportunities for growth, flexible scheduling, scholarship and tuition assistance, and competitive hourly pay of $18.00–$20.00 for full-time, with Sundays closed.

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed and keep the area clean and orderly.
• Keep up-to-date with new products and safety requirements.
• Complete opening or closing tasks and adhere to rules and dress code.

Compensation:

• Full time: $18.00-20.00 per hour
• Part time: $17.13-18.25 per hour

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
