Position Details

Role: Kitchen Team Member
Location: Dash In - Prince Frederick, MD
Status: Full-time or Part-time Hourly
Pay Rate: $16.50 - $18.00 (+$1 for overnight)

Responsibilities

• Food Safety & Sanitation: Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards to produce safe and delicious meals.
• Prep Oversight: Monitor prep levels to ensure ingredients are ready for service.
• Station Organization: Restock, organize, and keep the prep station clean and tidy.
• Receiving & Storage: Receive goods and place them in their proper storage areas.
• Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Guest Interaction: Connect with guests, delivering a personalized experience.
• Equipment Operation: Operate food service equipment such as fryers, slicers, and others safely.
• Lifting: Use proper lifting techniques to handle large containers (5‑gallon, 50‑65 pounds).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or ability to complete our company‑paid GED program)
• At least 1 year of food service experience; line cook or prep cook preferred
• Availability to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications
