Kitchen Associate

Join our team at Dash In, a part of the Wills Group family. The position focuses on preparing and cooking food in a 24/7 retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Monitor prep levels and maintain freshness of ingredients.
• Maintain a clean, organized prep station.
• Store and handle incoming goods in the correct locations.
• Keep the overall kitchen clean and presentable.
• Interact with guests to deliver a personalized experience.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as deep fryers, slicers, and other tools.
• Use proper lifting techniques for heavy containers (50–65 pounds).

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or ability to complete company‑paid GED program.
• At least 1 year of food service experience (line cook or prep cook preferred).
• Willingness to work days, nights, overnights, weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active ServSafe certification or similar.
• Familiarity with POS software.
• Excellent multitasking and problem‑solving skills.
