Job summary

Dash In, part of the Wills Group family, is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare fresh, high-quality food and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced kitchen.

The role includes following recipes and safety standards, stocking and organizing a clean prep area, receiving deliveries, and operating kitchen equipment. Flexible scheduling includes days, nights, overnights, and weekends; candidates must be 18+ and able to lift up to 65 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or willingness to complete company-paid GED program.
• 1 year of food service experience preferred; line cook or prep cook experience is a plus.
• Ability to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Fresh Food: Follow recipes and food safety standards to prepare high-quality meals for guests.
• Keep Food Fresh & Ready: Monitor prep levels and ensure ingredients are properly stored, prepared, and ready for service.
• Keep the Kitchen Organized: Restock supplies, organize workstations, and maintain a clean and efficient prep area.
• Receive & Store Deliveries: Properly receive, organize, and store food and kitchen supplies.
• Maintain a Clean Kitchen: Follow sanitation standards and keep equipment and work areas clean.
• Create a Great Guest Experience: Interact with guests and provide friendly, personalized service when needed.
• Operate Kitchen Equipment: Safely use food service equipment such as fryers, slicers, and other kitchen tools.
• Lift & Move Supplies: Safely handle large containers and supplies, including items weighing up to 65 pounds.

What We’re Looking For
