Job summary

Dash In is seeking Kitchen Team Members in Graham, NC to join a 24/7 retail kitchen. The roles include food safety, proper sanitation, and keeping prep stations clean and stocked for service excellence.<\/p>

You’ll handle equipment and lifting safely, engage with guests, and support a chef-inspired concept within a dynamic team environment. Prior FOH/BOH experience is valued, with training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program).
• 1 year of food service experience, line cook or prep cook experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards to prepare items.
• Monitor prep levels to ensure freshness and readiness for service.
• Restock and organize prep stations to keep the kitchen clean.
• Arrange deliveries and store items properly for cooking.
• Maintain the kitchen’s cleanliness and appearance at all times.
• Engage with guests to provide a personalized dining experience.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers and slicers safely.
• Use proper lifting techniques for heavy containers (50–65 pounds).

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year offood service experience, line cook or prep cook experience preferred

• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:

• ActiveServSafecertification, or a similar qualification
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
