The Habit in San Ramon is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide back-of-house operations, ensuring food quality and personal safety across all stations. You will train Cooks, manage workflow, and help control costs while upholding company standards.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience, strong communication, and a commitment to excellent customer service in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This on-site role requires flexibility and teamwork to deliver Habit-level hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in related food service position preferred.
• Food Manager Certificate and/or ServSafe Manager Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Oversee all kitchen stations and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Train and develop BOH staff; monitor food and labor costs.
