Job summary

Bethel-Church-of-Redding is seeking a 24-hour-per-week Kitchen Team Lead to supervise the Bethel Kitchen team and oversee the school lunch program. You will manage schedules, timesheets, administration, and team communication, reporting to the Operations Director with a focus on excellence, stewardship, teamwork, joy, and hospitality.

The role requires coordinating across ministries, ensuring food safety, inventory, and budgeting support, while fostering a healthy team culture and high-quality

Responsibilities

• Supervise Bethel Kitchen team and coordinate responsibilities.
• Manage staff schedules, time off, and timesheets.
• Lead weekly kitchen meetings and communicate priorities.
• Oversee lunch service and planning with team support.
• Coordinate with ministries and Operations Director.
• Assist with budget tracking and kitchen administration.
• Ensure proper ordering, inventory, food safety, and cleanliness.
