Job summary

White Lodging, a leader in hospitality, seeks a Kitchen Supervisor to guide back-of-house teams toward consistent, high-quality dining experiences. You will champion WLW processes, train staff, and ensure culinary standards across shifts.

This role emphasizes leadership, safety, and a passion for exceptional guest service in a dynamic hotel environment. Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in a leadership culinary role, strong coaching abilities, and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a leadership culinary role.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and accountability.
• Fluency in all cooking procedures and techniques.
• Ability to teach, coach, and motivate a diverse workforce.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
• Ability to spend up to 10 hours on your feet and lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Open or close the kitchen, ensuring smooth shift transitions and adherence to standards.
• Implement, maintain, and monitor White Lodging Way (WLW) processes.
• Lead, train, and mentor a diverse culinary team to perform at the highest level.
• Ensure all cooking procedures and recipes are executed consistently.
• Support the achievement of department financial goals, AES goals, and guest satisfaction targets.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment.
