Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Must speak, read & write English fluently.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Prepare California Chicken Café's menu items accurately and efficiently.
• Make and package guest food orders.
• Read and execute recipes.
• Store and label foods per Health Department regulations.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and stocked kitchen.
• Communicate issues with food quality, equipment, or conditions.
