Qualifications

• Must speak, read, and write English fluently.
• 1+ years of restaurant experience preferred.

• Must pass California state Food Handler course and test.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package guest food orders.
• Maintain and label foods per Health Department regulations and company policy.
• Read and execute recipes accurately.
• Keep the restaurant clean, sanitized, and stocked.
• Communicate any food quality or equipment issues promptly.
