Job summary

Must be at least 18, complete Road to Success within a month, and pass CA Food Handlers requirements. Prior restaurant experience is preferred and a flexible attitude helps in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass California Chicken Café Road to Success class within first month of hire.
• Must pass Food Handlers course and test in compliance with CA state law requirements.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare scratch-made recipes and keep back kitchen clean and organized.
• Follow production lists accurately and efficiently.
• Read, comprehend, and execute recipes.
• Store and label foods per Health Department regulations.
• Maintain a sanitized, well-stocked restaurant environment.
• Make and package guest food orders.
• Communicate issues about food quality, equipment, or environment clearly.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
