Responsibilities

• Prepare California Chicken Café's recipes and keep back kitchen clean and organized.
• Follow production lists accurately and efficiently.
• Use manual or electronic appliances to prep and process food.
• Store and label foods per Health Department regulations.
• Read and execute recipes accurately.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized restaurant and properly stocked area.
• Make and package guest food orders.
• Communicate any issues with food quality, equipment, or work environment.
