Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keeps pots and pans cleaned and sanitized per guidelines.
• Brings up supplies from Stock Room daily.
• Empties and cleans all trash cans in kitchen area.
• Ensures deliveries are put away in a timely and organized manner.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen, store room, and downstairs store room.
• Performs cleaning duties listed on kitchen cleaning schedule.
• May assist Cook in food preparation and service.
• Shows courtesy and respect for residents and staff at all times.
• Sets up for special functions.
• Uses clean mop head and double bucket system.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
• Checks paper towels and soap dispensers daily and refills as necessary.
• Keeps recycle room clean and orderly.
