Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physical stamina for constant activity.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Clear, soak, wash, and air‑dry dishes; operate the dish machine.
• Clean dish machine, sinks, and counters; remove all garbage.
• Keep work area and equipment clean and in good condition.
• Dispose garbage properly in outside receptacle.
• Mop floors after meals and follow cleaning lists.
• Assist with clearing dining tables and receiving/storing food deliveries.
