Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep pots and pans cleaned and sanitized per guidelines.
• Bring up supplies from Stock Room daily.
• Empty and clean all kitchen trash cans.
• Ensure deliveries are stored promptly and organized.
• Sweep and mop kitchen and storage areas.
• Follow the kitchen cleaning schedule.
• May assist the Cook with food prep or service.
• Show courtesy and respect to residents and staff.
• Set up for special functions.
• Use clean mop head, double bucket system.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
• Check paper towels and soap daily and refill.
• Keep recycle room clean.
