Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist the cook in the preparation and presentation of food.
• Manage the dishwashing area and ensure cleanliness of dishes, silverware, and glassware.
• Prepare food items as requested and portion/plate salads and desserts.
• Assist with cleaning of kitchen, floors, and equipment; set up and run dishwashing operation.
