Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Food Service/Prep Aide to assist the cook in preparing and presenting meals for residents. You will manage the dishwashing area, maintain cleanliness of dishes, and support various dining operations as needed.

Responsibilities include preparing items, portioning salads, cleaning kitchens and equipment, setting up dishwashing, and providing superior customer service to residents and guests while working a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and

Qualifications

• Must work well with others as part of a team.
• Able to stand, kneel, and walk for extended periods.
• Previous kitchen or dining experience helpful but not required.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items as requested and portion salads/deserts.
• Assist with cleaning of kitchen, floors, and equipment.
• Run dishwashing operation and maintain sanitation.
• Stock shelves and refrigerate items; assist dining room as needed.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and guests.
