Job summary

Carolina's Mexican Food in North Phoenix is seeking a Back of House Team Member for dishwashing and related duties. The role supports the kitchen with food prep, cleaning, dishwashing, and line duties to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has some kitchen experience, works well in a team, and can handle the physical demands of a busy kitchen. Training is provided; bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen operations preferred but not mandatory; training provided.
• Team-oriented with ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn health and safety standards and obtain food handler certifications.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: wash, cut, marinate ingredients and assist with tortillas.
• Cooking: assist with cooking and assembling dishes per recipes.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: keep kitchen area clean and adhere to sanitation guidelines.
• Equipment Handling: use and maintain kitchen equipment, report malfunctions.
• Support Duties: assist other kitchen tasks during peak times.
