Job summary

Carolina's Mexican Food in Warner is hiring a Back of House Team Member to support our kitchen with food preparation, cooking, cleaning, dish-out line and dishwashing. The role offers both full-time and part-time hours and includes benefits such as holiday pay, health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and free food and snacks.

Experience in a kitchen is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Prior kitchen experience preferred; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation: wash, cut, marinate ingredients and tortillas.
• Cooking: assist in assembling dishes following recipes.
• Cleaning and maintenance: keep kitchen clean and sanitary.
• Equipment handling: use and report malfunctions.
• Support duties: assist with peak-time tasks to ensure smooth operations.
