Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: assist with tortillas and ingredients prep, washing, cutting, marinating.
• Cooking: help cook and assemble dishes per recipes and directives.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: keep kitchen clean, sanitize stations, wash dishes.
• Equipment Handling: use and maintain kitchen equipment, report issues.
• Support Duties: assist other kitchen functions during peak times.
