• Physical stamina to stand long hours and handle kitchen tasks

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: assist with tortillas and ingredients for cooking.
• Cooking: assist in cooking and assembling dishes per recipes and directives.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: keep kitchen areas clean and organized, wash dishes, maintain stations.
• Equipment Handling: use and care for kitchen equipment, report issues to manager.
• Support Duties: help with various kitchen tasks during peak times.
