Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years old.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to lead, coach, and mentor kitchen staff.
• Capable of working flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations in collaboration with the Kitchen Manager.
• Assist in menu development and ensure recipes meet restaurant standards.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized kitchen with proper storage and sanitation.
• Coach staff on cooking techniques, portion control, and safety.
• Monitor inventory, food costs, and waste to support profitability.
• Help schedule staff and manage labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
