The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time Kitchen Supervisor at Target Field in Minneapolis, Minnesota. You will ensure the culinary team delivers high-quality food to guests. Responsibilities
  • Create weekly dining room menus from recipes
  • Supervise food prep, maintain quality, presentation, and sanitation standards
  • Ensure portion sizes, recipes, and quality standards are maintained
  • Supervise culinary team members and food production
  • Partner with service personnel and managers to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and cleanliness
  • Manage food costs and waste control
  • Perform opening, closing, and side work duties
  • Develop and execute new menu items
  • Manage catering functions in various venues
Qualifications
  • At least three years of experience as a Line Cook, including supervisory roles
  • Ability to perform all culinary functions and communicate effectively in leadership roles
  • Basic math skills for recipes and cost calculations
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Familiarity with Order Management Systems (e.g., Sysco, US Foods)
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, ordering software)
  • Ability to cost items and create cost cards
Physical Requirements
  • Manual dexterity for food preparation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Standing and walking for entire shift
  • Reaching up to 6-7 feet
