Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of culinary industry experience.
• Proven track record of leading teams.
• Ability to supervise menu development and food preparation.
• Strong time management and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of all kitchen staff and instruct on menu prep.
• Inspect food handling to ensure safety and sanitation.
• Order or requisition supplies and verify quality of received goods.
• Determine production schedules and staff requirements.
• Plan and develop recipes and menus considering seasonal availability.
• Monitor inventory and collaborate with departments to meet outlet needs.
• Ensure staff understands their duties and training requirements.
