The Adolphus in downtown Dallas is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to lead the Rodeo Bar kitchen operations, supervise opening and closing, and ensure high standards of food quality, safety and guest experience. This role includes mentoring team members and coordinating with chefs to execute the new menu and service flow.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen management is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.

• Oversee Kitchen team members including scheduling, training and mentoring.
• Monitor food quality, safety and inventory needs.
• Prior experience in Kitchen management highly preferred.
