Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and equipment standards to ensure a healthy work environment.
• Control labor and food costs through scheduling and supervision to meet budgets.
• Assist in menu creation and daily specials; implement production changes to attract business.
• Attend to attendance and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
