Job summary

Hei Hotels Inc. at The Westin Reston Heights in Reston, VA is seeking a Part-time Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team, ensure safe and clean environments, and maintain guest satisfaction.

You will assign tasks, train staff, monitor performance, and support supervisors to uphold standards. Responsibilities include inspecting guest rooms and public areas, coordinating turndown service, managing supplies, responding to guest requests, and supervising discipline when needed.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to grasp, lift, carry or otherwise move materials weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the housekeeping staff and provide direction, training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
• Coordinate task assignments, supplies, and inventory to control costs and maintain service quality.
