Job summary

The Barn Resort Gettysburg, PA's Farmhouse Restaurant is seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to lead our busy kitchen team and uphold top culinary standards.

You will manage station setup, food preparation for buffet, bar and events, ensure kitchen cleanliness, coordinate with large events, and mentor the BOH crew under the direction of the Sous Chefs. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years kitchen experience; hospitality/catering preferred.
• ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Willingness to learn and follow direction; team player.
• Experience leading BOH in resort/catering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up stations and ensure cooks stock all supplies.
• Prepare food for buffet, bar, and events.
• Keep kitchen and equipment clean and sanitary.
• Coordinate needs for large events; liaise with staff.
• Follow food-handling and safety guidelines.
• Maintain positive, professional attitude with staff and guests.
• Report to opening/closing Sous Chefs daily.
