Postino WineCafe in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor (Hourly) to support store leaders in scheduling staffing, supervising tasks, daily reporting, and upholding the quality of food and service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a full-service restaurant is required (1 year or more).
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred.
• State Food Handler's Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing scheduling and supervision of assigned tasks.
• Oversee daily reporting and food/service procedures.
• Maintain quality of food and guest service standards.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Kitchen Supervisor (Hourly), you are responsible for supporting the store leaders/managers in scheduling staffing personnel at the store, supervising the completion of assigned tasks, daily reporting and the quality of food and service procedures of the staff.

Requirements

• Experience working in a full-service restaurant for at least 1 year or above.
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred.
• State Food Handler's Certification is required

Salary Description

$18.00 to $21.00 per hour
