Postino WineCafe is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor (Hourly) to support store leadership in scheduling, supervise tasks, and ensure daily reporting and quality of food and service. You will uphold brand standards, lead a team with energy, and thrive under pressure while delivering exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced restaurant.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a full-service restaurant for at least 1 year or above.
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred.
• State Food Handler's Certification is required

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Kitchen Supervisor (Hourly), you are responsible for supporting the store leaders/managers in scheduling staffing personnel at the store, supervising the completion of assigned tasks, daily reporting and the quality of food and service procedures of the staff.
