Responsibilities

• Adheres to professional appearance, cleanliness, and proper uniform.
• Maintains and promotes company culture and philosophies.
• Ensures products are served to proper specifications.
• Maintains sanitation to exceed Health Department standards.
• Manages hourly associates and mentors through scheduling and evaluations.
• Communicates professionally with internal and external partners.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and laws related to unemployment, food handling sanitation, and alcohol service.
• Oversees HOH training for new hires.
