Job description

Shift:

7:00 am - 3:30 pm or 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm, flexible shifts

Responsibilities

• Practice safe and sanitary food handling and preparation procedures.
• Take direction from the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs; ask questions when necessary.
• Communicate and follow up with all team members; assist and support as needed.
• Delegate tasks based on responsibilities and departmental operations.
• Train and develop team members, ensuring food safety and proper equipment use.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of pantry, storeroom, and non-cooking kitchen staff.
• Inspect kitchens, work areas, storeroom, and equipment for cleanliness and order.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range is $24.00 - $28.00 per hour.
