Riverbend Hotel & Suites and Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to lead kitchen operations and supervise staff. The role emphasizes hospitality, efficiency, and hands-on leadership in a dynamic hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education.

• Oversee food and beverage operations in absence of F&B Manager.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervises, trains, monitors and coaches department staff
• Directs and assigns employees as needed to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards
• Oversee food and beverage operations in absence of the F&B Manager
• Performs department opening and/or closing duties
• Reinforces a customer service mentality and ensures all employees are focused on serving the customer at all times
• Immediately and respectfully resolves guest requests
• Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of two (2) years in restaurant/bar experience leading shifts without supervision
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred
