Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead front-of-house operations for restaurant/hotel properties. You will train and supervise service staff, direct teams, and ensure quality, safety, and guest satisfaction while aligning with brand standards.

• Minimum of two years F&B supervisory experience.
• Should be in a similar size restaurant operation.
• High school diploma required; degree preferred.

• Processes bi-weekly payroll
• Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for managing the front of house operations for the Restaurant / Hotel.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of a high school diploma or certificate, post high school education and degree preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years food and beverage supervisory experience required . Should be in a similar size restaurant operation

KNO WLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Outgoing personality
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally

• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
• Knowledge of three meal restaurants preferred
• Knowledge of Hotel food and beverage operations and room service preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including PM's, weekends and holidays
