Salted is hiring a Kitchen Success Manager to be the operational heartbeat of the company. You will drive coordination across operations, supply chain, culinary, and CX to improve kitchen reliability and efficiency.

This person will bring structure to fast-moving priorities, enable collaboration across teams, and ensure the organization executes with clarity.

We’re looking for someone who excels in unstructured environments and has a history of strong performance in the QSR, restaurant or retail space, with a particular focus on working between corporate initiatives and field teams.

What You’ll Do

Salary Range: $120k – $160k/year
