Job summary

Salted, the largest delivery-first restaurant group in the United States, is hiring a Kitchen Success Manager to be the operational heartbeat of the company. This person will bring structure to fast-moving priorities, enable collaboration across teams, and ensure the organization executes with clarity.

You will work between corporate initiatives and field teams, roll out operational improvements to make our kitchens more reliable and efficient, and drive adoption of new processes and tools

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional coordination across operations, supply chain, culinary, and CX.

• Be the eyes, ears, and voice for national kitchen performance.
• Drive adoption of new processes and tools via documentation and communication.
• Contribute to strategic roadmap and cultural growth of the company.

We’re looking for someone who excels in unstructured environments and has a history of strong performance in the QSR, restaurant or retail space, with a particular focus on working between corporate initiatives and field teams.

What You’ll Do

• Own cross-functional initiatives by leading coordination and accountability across operations, supply chain, culinary, and CX.
• Roll out operational improvements that make our kitchens more reliable, efficient, and well-supported.
• Be the eyes, ears, and voice that ensures top performance across our national kitchen footprint.
• Drive adoption for new processes and tools through documentation, clear communication, and consistent follow-up.
• Contribute to the overall strategic roadmap and cultural growth of the company.

Salary Range: $120k – $160k/year
