• Important Notice Arrival: Please arrive 30 minutes early to change and have your free meal in the hotel. Reporting: All staff must report in full attire at the Stewarding Office 10 minutes before the job start time for briefing.
• Identification: Bring physical NRIC. Contact: Message your site supervisor upon arrival — sending a photo of your surroundings helps locate you faster.
• Latecomers: Late arrivals might not be accepted for the day’s job. Dress Code: You may be rejected on-site if not properly dressed.
• Early Departure: Leaving before job end time is misconduct and may result in no pay. Management reserves the right to withhold payment.

Responsibilities

• Stewarding dishwashing involves cleaning dishes, cutlery, and kitchen equipment to maintain hygiene, organization, and smooth operations within a commercial kitchen environment.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Clear garbage bins in kitchens, stewarding areas, and corridors.
• Replace liners as needed, and empty and rinse bins thoroughly using a micro-gun.
• Storeroom Organization: Keep the storeroom neat, tidy, and well-arranged at all times.
• Polishing & Care: Clean and polish silverware, copper, and stainless-steel items, returning them to storage.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the polishing machine and deoxidizing bath in good condition.
• Reporting: Return damaged items and report missing articles to supervisor.
• End-of-Shift Duties: Ensure the area is cleaned and orderly before shift end.
• Other Ad-hoc Duties: Perform any additional tasks to support kitchen operations.
