Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is hiring for a full-time kitchen support position at the Raleigh Durham Embassy Suites in Cary, NC. You will contribute to a clean, organized kitchen by cleaning equipment and dishes, supporting event setups, and upholding sanitation standards.

No experience is required, training will be provided, and the role offers health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and discounts. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or squat for long periods
• A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk‑ins, and storage spaces
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance
• Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces
