Atrium Hospitality is hiring for a full-time kitchen/food prep role at the Raleigh Durham Embassy Suites in Cary, NC. The position involves cleaning, washing, and organizing kitchen areas, supporting event teams, and upholding sanitation standards across food and beverage spaces.

No experience? Training is provided. Requires ability to lift 50 lbs and work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Atrium offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Food Safety Certificate required or willingness to complete training within 90 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or squat for long periods.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk‑ins, and storage spaces
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish‑up assistance
• Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces
