V&E Hospitality Group is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to support our kitchen operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The role focuses on cleaning and sanitizing dishes, maintaining a tidy prep area, and assisting the kitchen team as needed.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and committed to upholding food safety standards. Training and growth opportunities are available within the group.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a dishwasher is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong focus on cleanliness and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area by regularly removing trash and cleaning preparation surfaces.
• Sort and stack clean dishes and utensils for easy access by kitchen staff.
• Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation during busy periods.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, including safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Monitor dishwashing supplies and equipment and report shortages or issues.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth and efficient workflow.
