You will operate commercial dishwashing equipment, keep work areas sanitary, and support the kitchen team during busy periods. No prior experience required, but reliability and a positive attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• Previous dishwasher experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing: operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Kitchen cleaning: maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, empty trash, and keep prep areas sanitary.
• Utensil and equipment sorting: stack and organize clean dishes for staff.
• Assist kitchen team: support with basic tasks during busy periods.
• Safety and sanitation: follow food safety guidelines and handle cleaning agents properly.
• Inventory control: monitor shortages of dishwashing supplies and equipment.
• Teamwork: collaborate with kitchen staff for a smooth workflow.
