Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas is seeking a Kitchen Steward to support the busy kitchen. You will keep china, glass, and silver shining, uphold sanitation standards, and collaborate with the kitchen crew to maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and remain calm under pressure. This on-call position offers a competitive benefits package after an initial period and daily pay options for eligible shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, and/or relevant experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Ability to convey information clearly.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Clean dishes, scrub pots, sweep floors, and take out the trash to keep the kitchen spotless.
• Replace clean china, glass, and silver in proper storage spots with care to avoid breakage.
• Assist the kitchen team with tasks and stay flexible to daily needs.
• Be reliable and trustworthy while representing the team.
